• Log in to Online Banking
• Go to the small blue arrow below your name – on the top, right-hand side
• Choose ‘My Documents and Messages’
• Go to ‘My Barclays Documents’

• Log in to your app
• Select ‘More’ at the bottom right of the home screen
• Select ‘Statements and documents’, then ‘Statements’
