via the Desktop website (not the mobile site - see below for the app)

• Log onto you online banking

• Select the account that you want to download your statement from

• Click the ‘Statement Options’ menu on the right-hand side to reveal the ‘Monthly PDF’s ‘ option:

• Choose the month you need for a PDF copy of your transactions to print or download:

• Select ‘View PDF’ to load the document and you can either print this or download the statement as a PDF.

From the app:

Halifax ‘send’ you your statement monthly via their mobile app:

• log in

• go to the ‘more’ option at the bottom.

• Select ‘inbox’

• Look for massages with the title ‘current account statement’

• Select download pdf
